Title: Wrath of the fallen

Summary: that would spoil it. Lets just say someone is angree with the Jedi, someone we all know.
Charactors: All the usualls and i'll let you guess the others. If you know me you might be able to guess.

Prologue


I hate them! They are fools! They treated me like I was nothing, just another pathetic Jedi! They have no idea of my true potential!

I am greater than them all. I have power they could never imagine. It ebbs though out my body. Its burning chill is invigorating. The power at my fingertips is enough to destroy the fools.

It would be easy. I could just walk up to them and unleash my burning rage. In a storm of anger they will perish. Each one suffering the most painful crossing possible. You have no idea the satisfaction this would give me. To see their pathetic faces contorted in pain. To hear their futile pleas for mercy!

Mercy! Did they give her mercy? No, they cast her out at the time of her greatest need. Cast her in a cell and locked the door. As long as she was out of sight, away from embracing the ‘precious’ order, she wasn’t a concern to them.

They were fools! Worse they abandoned one of their own! One that needed support and guidance. They gave her isolation. For most people that might have been constructive. Time to look deep in side your self and find peace.

The thing is, deep down in her there was something lurking. Something hideous. And now it has been set free. The Jedi set it free! The Jedi destroyed her. The Jedi are responsible! The Jedi must pay!

The Jedi will pay. They will pay with their lives. Every last one of them, I shall spare none. I shall grant no mercy. I shall be hard and swift like the north wind on Hoth. I shall be death itself.

They will fear me when they don’t know me. They will die when they find out who I am .I will strike from the shadows, the shadows that their own fear casts.

I will be a Wraith of the night. A Demon of dread. I will be there doom!

The thought of my revenge brings a cold satisfaction. I will never be able to have her again but I will make sure that for this the galaxy suffers.

It may have been my hand that killed the intruder, which plagued her once beautiful body, but it was they who had destroyed what was left of her soul.

I do not regret my choice to slay the beast. For it was only that, a beast. She was not the one I loved. She was not my angel. She was a twisted creature. Not worthy of the life it squandered. She was not human and she was not Vong. She had a mind infected by aliens and controlled by bugs. If it was I in that state, I would have been thankful for the release of death.

Even as her gutted and bloody corpse lay at my feet, I was plotting my revenge on the devils responsible for letting it come to this.

They are weak and they are petty. I will catch them off guard. I will strike with out hesitation, without remorse. Only then will I be able to mourn her, only then can the galaxy breath.

Though should I stop there? Can I stop there?

Should I not unleash my vengeance on the entire galaxy? Make them suffer as she has. Make them feel the pain they caused me and the ones I once called family.

How could I simply stop after every last Jedi has been slaughtered by my power?

The answer was simple.

I couldn’t.

Chapter 1


The Force is shifting. I can feel the shadow rising to engulf the galaxy. Something terrible is about to happen. Something that threatens to bring chaos to the order I have spent so long creating.

I stretch out deep into the force trying to discover the nature of this new threat. All I get is the same cold menacing laughter that has been haunting me of late. Something is coming.

Frustrated I emerge from my meditation. I stand from my cross-legged position, wincing slightly as I have to place a hand on the floor to help me stand.

I slowly make my way out of the Jedi meditation chamber. I can here the sound of talking and through the Force I sense the familiar presence of my nephew in the adjacent chamber. It also feels like Master Bour is with him.

I make my way down the hall, hoping some shared wisdom would shed a bit of light on the growing shadow.

“Grandmaster” they great me in unison.

Jacen stands up to allow me to sit. I don’t thank him; there is no need to. I expect behaviour like this. Consequently master Bour not following suit would offend me. However it would be difficult for the two-foot high Jedi to do so and I was not in the mood for games.

I sit down and draw my feat under me in a traditional meditating stance. I look at the two Masters in front of me, two of the most powerful of the order.

I gaze at Jacen, my last nephew. He is powerful, very powerful. His self-imposed exile, however much it had irritated me, had proven productive for him. He was now a strong ally. And a deadly enemy A dark voice deep inside me said, a voice I had started taking council from.

Next my sight falls on Master Bour. The two foot tall, green alien seamed to be of the same race as Master Yoda, a Whill. I had found the alien shortly after the Swarm War.

As thanks for helping them end the conflict, the Chiss had allowed the GFFA to explore some of their space. Only the none strategic parts mind. It was in one of these areas where I had found Bour.

I was surprised how strong he was in the force, and more to the point how attuned to its use he was. He had received no training yet he was mightier than most of the leading Masters.

Neither of the Master’s speak. They know well enough to only talk to me when given permission.

“I have sensed a disturbance in the force,” I state simply “A shadow has fallen.”
“The shadow of the Sith, could this be?” asked Bour, in his native form of basic.

The Whill had great wisdom, and had earned my respect. Though I sensed miss-trust in him. Or perhaps it was uncertainty. This wasn’t a problem. For no matter how strong he is, I am stronger.

“I do not know,” I conceded with a shrug “it is possible.”

“I do not believe it is the Sith.” Jacen quirked thoughtfully. “The ripples feel to …”

“… familiar?” I finished for my nephew. It seamed he has felt it too. Most impressive.

“Yes, it almost feels like this shadow has been cast by our self’s.”

“Careful Master Solo. Dangerously close to treason, your words take you.” Bour warns Jacen. Much to my satisfaction. They are learning well.

“A wise statement Master Bour, one Master Solo would do well to take to heart.” I say sending my nephew a deadly glance. Enough to make the most deadly sith lords cower for mercy. Jacen merely nods his head. “However I fear young solo might be correct.”

This causes a Bour to frown thoughtfully. Jacen’s face is, as always, a blank slate. It frustrates me that I cannot see into his mind. How am I meant to trust him if I am unable to know what he is thinking?

Or plotting the wise voice warns.

“If the disturbance has been formed by a Sith Lord the I feel we know who the being, personally.” I say this to my self as much as to them.

“A renegade Jedi, it could be”

“But who?” Jacen asked. There had been many Jedi who had been cast out or left the order after I proclaimed my self Grandmaster.

“Forget about the Joiners do we.”

“You believe the exiles have fallen?” I asked. This was my fear also.

“We all know there is no dark side.” Jacen lectured.

“Yet sense the dark side we do.”

Despite him self, Jacen’s mouth twitched into a frown. This pleased me greatly. He was still human, and thus still vulnerable.

“Believe we are missing something I do. A deeper meaning I sense.”

Bour was right. It all seams to simple. There is something going on, and we have no idea what.

There was quiet for a couple of moments while all of us pondering this mystery.

Then Jacen looked up, his face betrayed his shock. He looked directly into my eyes and spoke in a grim tone.

“I sense a plot to destroy the Jedi”

The shadow is cast. They are blinded by there own fear.

They will suspect, and be on guard for an attack

They may be prepared but they are not safe. They lay their defences in an unappeasable line. A true show of force. They have grown strong in my absence.

But they are still fools. They believe me to come in numbers. Standing at the head of an armada.

I would not mock the force like this. Like they do. I shall show them the true power of the force.

Let them lay out their arms. I shall walk straight through.

There time is almost up.

I am coming.
